CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review our cancellation policy carefully: Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any appointment cancellations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise but providing us with ample notice ensures we can accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Last-Minute Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than a 48-hour notice will be considered a last-minute cancellation. In such cases, the client's deposit will be forfeited or if deposit is unpaid, the card on file will be charged 10% of the scheduled service cost. Deposit Application: If a client provides a 48-hour notice of cancellation, the deposit can be applied to their rescheduled appointment ONE time. However, all deposits are non-refundable. Explanation: Our service providers dedicate time, effort, and resources to prepare for scheduled appointments. Last-minute cancellations significantly impact their ability to generate income, as these time slots could have been allocated to other clients. By implementing this policy, we aim to ensure fair compensation for our service providers and maintain the quality of our services for all clients.
